TSI focus on developing the projects for Deaf/ Hard of Hearing Elderly affordable housing group.
TexSigns, Inc (TSI) developed for the sole purpose of providing senior citizens the opportunity to live independently in a community that caters to their specific needs. TSI also provides community asset for senior citizens in a manner that respects its resident’s right to independent living, yet provides services, activities and amenities that assist in their daily functions. TSI assist with the development of the site construction and the 181 units apartments (51units for deaf/ hard of hearing) located at Meadows Place,Texas.
