In addition to the normal staff services, an emergency call system will enable seniors to wear a wireless pendant discreetly in their pockets, on their wrists like a watch, or around their necks. A push of a button will notify the reception desk or a staff-held pocket pager of the resident's need. One wing of the facility will also include a visual communication system for the deaf /hard of hearing.
